Access to the property?

Both the garage door and the front door are operated by a numeric keypad. Once all payments (rent + deposit) have been settled, you will be given a code that you can use during your stay to enter the property or open the garage door. This means there’s no stress about who needs to keep the key, and there’s no risk of locking yourself out.

Parking

Free parking is available in front of the property.

Charging (electric cars)

The holiday home’s electrical system does not have a home charging point or a high-current socket. Charging is therefore not permitted. There is the option of fast charging at, for example, the Loppem carpool car park.

Cycling

Bicycles can be stored in the locked garage. The automatic garage door can be operated from the outside using an access code, and from the inside using a push-button.

Pets

For hygiene reasons, we do not allow pets in the holiday home.

Smoking/vaping

Smoking is prohibited throughout the holiday home. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside on the terrace or in the garden.

Security deposit

The security deposit for the holiday home is 400 EUR.
