Welcome to B-SIDE: Peace and quiet, comfort and the ideal base near Bruges

Welcome to B-SIDE, a comfortable holiday home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just 7 kilometres from historic Bruges. Thanks to its excellent location close to the motorways, you’ll reach your destination in no time: by car, you’ll be in the heart of Bruges in 10 minutes and on the Belgian coast in 20 minutes. B-SIDE is also the perfect base for cycling enthusiasts keen to explore the beautiful Bruges Ommeland.

We have been proudly welcoming guests to our holiday home since July 2026. The property has been completely refurbished over the past year and is equipped with all the modern comforts to ensure your stay is an unforgettable experience.

Layout of the house

Ground floor:

• Downstairs hallway and toilet

• Living room with seating and dining area. There is a cosy living room where you can enjoy a meal together or sink back into the sofas. There is a (smart) TV available on which you can stream content yourself (please note: no cable TV*).

• Fully equipped kitchen including a 4-ring hob (ceramic), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

• Accessible garage: are you coming for a cycling holiday? Then you can store your bikes/mopeds/scooters/motorbikes in a locked garage. For electric bikes, there is also the option to charge their batteries there.

Upper floor

• 3 spacious bedrooms:

  • 1 bedroom with a double bed (but with separate mattresses), blackout curtains (+ automatic roller shutters)

  • 1 bedroom with a double bed and a shared mattress, blackout curtains (no roller shutters)

  • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, blackout curtains (no roller shutters).

• 1 bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Both the ground floor and the bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring the house is lovely and warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. This means you’re always guaranteed maximum comfort.

At the front of the property, there is ample parking space for up to two or three cars. Here you will also find the sunny, south-west facing front garden, which is cosily furnished with a picnic bench. In addition, the house has a charming little garden at the rear with a small terrace—the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of fine wine or a refreshing local beer in peace and quiet.

• Culture & Tranquillity B-SIDE is the perfect base for those who want to explore Bruges but prefer to enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings. Bruges is a historical gem that is not to be missed; it was, after all, named European Capital of Culture in 2002. After a day full of sights and culture, you can retreat to our calm, residential surroundings.

• Sport & Nature Are you a real sports enthusiast? Then discover the beautiful Bruges Ommeland. Whether you enjoy leisurely cycling, challenging bike rides or lovely walks: the immediate surroundings of Loppem offer an extensive network of stunning routes through the countryside. Here, you can really indulge yourself as a walker or cyclist.

• A day at the coast? B-SIDE is ideally situated for a day at the beach. Thanks to the easy access to the motorways, you can reach Ostend (23 km), Blankenberge (21 km) or Knokke (29 km) by car in just 20 to 30 minutes. This allows you to effortlessly combine culture, nature and the beach during a single stay.
